12th May 2007 Windsurfing: Ynyslas Wind Direction: WSW Wind Stength: 20-25 knots Surf / Sea State: 2-3 foot surf Air Temperature: 14ºC Sea Temperature: 12ºC Weather: Sunny Max Speed: Distance Covered: Much better than I had expected. Well powered with my 5.7m and having a whale of a time. The sun was shining and the waves were fun so I was blasting out through them with a few jumps and then riding the waves back in. Made it out without any problems on every run despite thinking I was going to get munched a few times. Could have probably got away with my 5m sail but I wasn't struggling with too much power so couldn;t be bothered to come in and change down. Great session, shame I was the only windsurfer out there. |
